Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead its Western Cape franchise. The ideal candidate will bring an active client order book, drive strategic growth, and strengthen the organisation’s footprint in the corporate training and development sector.

  • Location: Century City, Western Cape
  • Salary: Dependent on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Bring an established order book of clients and generate immediate revenue.
  • Develop new business opportunities across industries.
  • Ensure sustainable annual franchise growth through sales and market expansion.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Western Cape franchise team.
  • Uphold operational excellence in line with the brand’s 30-year reputation.
  • Manage financial, operational, and performance objectives.
  • Position the brand as the preferred provider of leadership and educational solutions.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder and client relationships.
  • Capitalise on opportunities aligned with QCTO and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on revenue and franchise performance.
  • Provide regular updates to head office.
  • Drive accountability to meet growth targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ leadership or senior business development experience.
  • Proven success managing and growing client portfolios (training/HR advantageous).
  • Ability to bring and grow an active order book.
  • Strong entrepreneurial, negotiation, and business management skills.
  • Postgraduate degree in Business/Management preferred.
